Crespano Parchetti

For over 30 years, the company has been producing and marketing wooden flooring. Years of experience have enabled the company to achieve high standards of quality in the production of wooden flooring, and earn its reputation as a major name at the top end of the Italian flooring market. Continuous research has enabled Crespano Parchetti srl to develop a range of products in which two common features are constant: top-quality raw materials and painstaking care in the processing. The latest results of this mission are the Antico Asolo, Chocolat (heat-fired Antico Asolo) and exclusive Mosaici d’Asolo lines.

Crespano Parchetti srl offers also Crespano C a line a budget flooring line that still maintains the excellent performances of all other products. The company is organised in two production areas, both situated in Crespano del Grappa (Treviso). The first deals with the complete production process, the other with logistics. In plant 1, which covers approximately 4000 m², the following production processes are handled: drying, vaporisation, sawing the wood into planks, triple-ply gluing, profiling and smoothing, storage of raw materials.

While plant 2 - a new building also covering approximately 4000 m² − deals with the following production stages: oiling and varnishing, storage and packing, despatches, showroom, secretarial services, office and marketing management.

In the Crespano Parchetti plant, 450 cubic metres of the premises is occupied by the drying system. All the materials are checked and dried in-house, undergoing continuous testing along the way.

The entire production cycle, from the plank-cutting and subsequent gluing, though to the final shaping of the finished product, is carried out internally under the constant supervision of skilled members of staff. The plant also houses two cutting-edge systems for oiling and varnishing.
